Website visits and security
Cloudflare provides hosting, the secure connection and storage. Technical data such as your IP address, request time, requested page and browser information is processed to deliver the website and prevent abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working, secure website.
We load no advertising pixels, analytics tools, external fonts or embedded social widgets. This website has no visitor account or online checkout. The reservation form sends a non-binding booking request.
Reservation requests
The form collects your name, email, event date, package, extras, venue and address, and optionally your phone and message. Business requests also include the company name, billing address and optional VAT number. We use these details to check availability, prepare a quotation and contact you, as steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). A request does not confirm a booking and is not used for marketing.
We store your request in the secured website database hosted by Cloudflare so it is not lost if an email notification fails. Only signed-in administrators can view and delete requests. We also attempt a notification to info@framethis.be. Requests are retained as long as needed to handle your enquiry, any resulting contract and applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion using our contact details. The form uses no cookies or browser storage.
To prevent abuse we temporarily retain a hashed combination of IP address and a 15-minute time window, a counter and an expiry. Expired entries are removed on a subsequent request or login attempt. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. Requests in our mailbox are retained as long as needed to handle the enquiry, any resulting contract and applicable legal obligations. Contact us for the retention period applicable to your details.
For the email notification, Resend processes the complete request and delivers it to info@framethis.be. Cloud86 handles receipt and storage in the business mailbox. Resend operates under a data processing agreement; the service may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, subject to the applicable safeguards in that agreement.
Contacting us
When you call or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you share. Booking enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before a contract. Other enquiries are handled under our legitimate interest in responding. Please do not share medical or other sensitive data.
Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Laserart are opened only when you click a link. Their own privacy rules then apply.
Photos and administration
Gallery photographs may show identifiable people. Contact us with questions or a request to remove a photograph of you. A booking does not by itself authorise publication of a portrait.
Admin sessions last up to 8 hours. To limit login attempts, we temporarily store a hashed combination of IP address and a 15-minute time window, a counter and an expiry time. Expired records are deleted on a subsequent login attempt.
Published photographs remain available until removed. Earlier website versions and unused photographs may remain in recovery copies. Removal requests also require checking these copies; removing a gallery entry alone does not erase its storage copy.
Providers and transfers
Cloudflare operates an international network, so processing outside the European Economic Area is possible. Its Data Processing Addendum describes contractual protection and transfer safeguards. Technical data is subject to the retention periods of the Cloudflare services used. We keep no separate visitor register.
Your rights
Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority: www.dataprotectionauthority.be. This website makes no solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
